We found this cucumber under a bush. Strangely, it's still pretty good. Enormous, but pretty good. I found 4 slightly smaller then this today as well.

It seemed to set up better when I chilled it for 24 hours before eating.Very, very creamy. Really incredible texture. 

This was the first time I'd ever used buttermilk powder in the mix. I'm going to do some new experimentation with that.
